How it works
STEP 1
Submit a project form
Tell us about your project and any design preferences or specifics. Our form will walk you through the most important elements we need to know to get started on your project.
STEP 2
Confirm your requirements
Our project manager will reach out to confirm your project scope and design requirements, ask any clarifying questions and provide you with a quote for the work.
STEP 3
Pay the invoice
As soon as we're clear on your project scope, we'll send you an invoice by email with a link to pay by credit card or PayPal. We start the project when the payment is received.
STEP 4
Review the design
We send you the completed press kit design ready for your feedback, which can be provided directly on the Dropbox file/s or by email. All requests include one round of revisions to get to the final design.

Here are the steps for submitting your design request:
1. Submit a request – Submit Project Form.
- Share as much information about your project as you can. If your design request includes text, upload a document with the form in the space provided.
- You only need a few minutes to complete the form! Make sure to include your email address.
2. Review our Quote
- Once we receive your project request form, we’ll review your requirements and email you back with a quote.
- Review our quote and email us your approval or ask any questions.
3. Pay Invoice
- When you approve the quote, we’ll send you an invoice link.
- Pay the invoice online, we accept all major credit cards.
4. Collaborate with the Project Manager
- Once we receive payment, your dedicated project manager will email you with next steps.
- We’ll ask any clarifying questions from the design team
5. Provide feedback on Design Concept
- All our designs include 1 round of revisions.
- We’ll share design concepts with you via Dropbox link.
- Review the design and provide us with any feedback/ edits.
6. Download Final Design Files
- We’ll prepare and share the final design files via Dropbox.
- Make sure you download and a save your design files!
Our design rates do not include editable files unless you are purchasing a design template, such as social media share templates.
Design source files are available at an additional charge. Please indicate you need source files on your project form, or advise us when we submit your quote.
